The MS Office EMR Project

My download programs include the following:

• The MS Access EMR Project, which has been used in my office since 1990, initially written in Paradox for DOS then in 1995 ported over to Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). It will be available for general circulation in 2009.
• The MS Word EMR Project, first introduced in 2004 then updated periodically since, with the most recent version for download being the MS Word EMR Project 2008. It's still free.
• The Charge Capture Utility, first introduced in 2007 and written in MS Word using a complicated table routine. It is useful in capturing patient hospital and nursing home visits. It's free.
• Various minor applets, including:
  • the MS Word Test Graph template (free),
  • the Hyperlink Form 2007 (free), and
  • the States combobox applet (free).
